Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI战略规划与商业化落地

• 负责中国区超声业务AI战略规划及实施推动AI功能在产品及临床场景中的应用落地
• 结合市场需求及竞争趋势制定AI产品定位推广策略及价值主张
• 支持AI相关创新项目的商业化推广提升市场竞争力和客户价值

2. AI生态合作与创新引入

• 发掘并管理AI领域合作伙伴资源包括医疗AI企业科研机构及行业组织
• 推动第三方AI能力与超声产品的整合应用丰富解决方案生态
• 评估创新合作机会建立长期战略合作关系

3. KOL合作与临床共创

• 与重点医院及临床专家合作推动AI应用场景开发及临床验证
• 联合KOL开展创新项目和学术推广推动AI价值传播
• 收集用户反馈及临床需求为产品优化和创新方向提供依据

4. 数字化解决方案产品管理

• 负责超声数字化产品及解决方案的全生命周期管理包括市场导入推广优化及退市管理
• 推动SonoHive开放平台5G技影随行等数字化解决方案的市场发展及客户应用
• 制定并跟踪产品业务目标支持数字化业务持续增长

5. 全球协同与本地创新

• 与Global Digital及相关产品团队紧密合作推动数字化产品及解决方案在中国市场的本地化落地
• 支持中国市场需求向全球产品团队反馈推动产品优化和创新开发
• 支持中国创新项目及AI解决方案输出全球市场
