Finance Team Assistant - Your Future Position

As a Finance Team Assistant to the General Management Team and Finance Team in Givaudan you will provide operational support to both these teams. Sound interesting It could well be your perfect opportunity. If like us you always aim to exceed customer needs deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

Financial Accounting and Projects (70%)

• Support month end closing tasks analysis and checking
• Coordinate insurance coverage support
• Budget Coordination and Monitoring
• Lead in implementing training and awareness initiatives with employees
• Lead in monitoring of compliance training and mandatory training completion
• Support compliance and data protection reporting
• Coordinate various Finance initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• Capex controlling and key user for corporate initiatives including Horizon 365 etc

Administration (30%)

• Support in invoicing and purchasing order requests in Ariba/SRM system
• Coordination and Support for various initiatives and events related to the Company and Finance Manager roles
• Support with Market intelligence related to government direction policies related to industry environment business promotion competitors customers etc.
• Support intravelplanning/ Calendar/Meeting Management itinerary management
• Support with preparing presentations
• Expense claims support
• Personal support in case of language (reading speaking) barrier
• Translation responsibilities in various meetings such as Joint Venture meetings with management outside China etc
• Support on data protection and compliance
• Ad hoc tasks

Your professional profile includes:

• Minimum Bachelor level in Finance/Business Administration qualification. Masters is a plus
• Project Management/Event Management experience a plus
• Proactive and Go Getter attitude
• Professional attitude
• Comfortable in dealing with senior management
• Good Judgement in the face of unclear instructions.
• Emotionally Intelligent/able to maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders while getting the job done
• Technologically savvy.
