Manager, Tax

Responsibilities: Under general direction prepares tax returns tax declarations and reports ensuring accuracy and timely submission Analyzes and interprets tax laws and regulations and prepares technical reports on how they impact the organizations operations Reviews corporate and affiliates tax reporting packages Maintains tax information and records Prepares correspondence with external tax agencies and internal and external auditors May coach and provide instruction to less experienced staffQualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline Professional certification (CPA/CA) or advanced degree in Tax 5 years experience in tax and accounting Experience in corporate tax or large accounting firm Knowledge of corporate tax law and principlesDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
