• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons for senior high school students.
  
• Develop lesson plans learning objectives and assessments in line with the school curriculum.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
  
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet students different learning needs.
  
• Maintain a positive well-managed and student-centred classroom environment.
  
• Prepare students for relevant Zhejiang academic assessments and the Gaokao where applicable.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students progress.
  
• Collaborate with Chinese and international colleagues on teaching and school activities.
  
• Participate in teaching research professional development and extracurricular programmes.
  
• Take on homeroom and student-management duties when required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Biology Biology Education or a related field.
  
• Valid high school teaching qualification or recognised teaching certificate.
  
• At least 23 years of relevant Biology teaching experience.
  
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom-management skills.
  
• Good communication teamwork and organisational skills.
  
• Bilingual Chinese-English teaching ability is preferred.
  
• Experience in a bilingual or international school is an advantage.
