CHROR-HANG SECTIONPrimary School Chinese Subject Leader(Chinese)

• Teach Chinese language and literacy lessons to primary school students.
  
• Lead the Primary Chinese department and support the implementation of the schools curriculum and academic standards.
  
• Coordinate curriculum planning lesson preparation assessment and teaching resources across the department.
  
• Provide professional guidance coaching and support to Chinese teachers.
  
• Organise lesson observations teaching-research activities and departmental meetings.
  
• Monitor teaching quality and student progress and develop appropriate improvement plans.
  
• Promote effective and innovative teaching practices to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  
• Maintain effective communication with school leadership teachers and parents.
  
• Support student management and contribute to wider school activities and development initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Chinese Language Chinese Education Primary Education or a related field.
  
• A valid teaching qualification or recognised teacher certification.
  
• Relevant primary school Chinese teaching experience.
  
• At least two years of experience as a Chinese Subject Leader Head of Chinese or in a similar academic leadership role.
  
• Strong curriculum-development team-management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage both teaching and leadership responsibilities effectively.
  
• A proactive adaptable and growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to develop alongside the school.

Education Background Masters degree or above from: Top 100 global universities (QS/THE/ARWU) Chinas Double First-Class universities MOE-affiliated key pedagogical institutions 世界前100海外院校双一流高校及部属重点师范类院校硕士及以上学历 Mandatory: Valid teaching certification 须具备教师资格证 Experience 3 years teaching IGCSE/A-Level/DSE curricula with proven student outcomes. 3年及以上IGCSE&A-LEVEL/DSE相关学科授课经验过往学生成绩优异 Language Proficiency Bilingual teachers: IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100. 双语学科教师要求雅思7分托福100分以上 Competencies Advanced pedagogical philosophy self-directed learning ability and strong sense of responsibility. 拥有先进教育教学理念具备持续学习能力与高度责任心
