Key Accountabilities:

GeneralAccountabilities

• Build andmaintainengagement with Investigators other sitestaffincollaboration with other functions to ensure trial speed and effective start up conduct and close out.

• Ability to manage studies and processes to agreed quality andtimelines.

• Ability to proactively identify& mitigaterisks around study/site level in study execution.

• Knowledge of the clinical development processunderstandconcepts and principles ofstudy design and application to manage and run studies.

Compliance with Parexel standards

• Comply withrequiredtraining curriculum.

• Completetimesheets accuratelyasrequired.

• Submit expense reports asrequired.

• UpdateCVasrequired.

• Maintain a working knowledge of andcomply withParexel processes ICH-GCPs and other applicable requirements.

• Previousexperience in scientific and/or regulatory medical writing.

• Strong Communication Skills

Knowledge and Experience:

• Keen problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in both oral and written English.

• Fluent in host country languagerequired.

• At least 5 years in clinical practices

Education:

• Minimum of BS/BA in a biomedical discipline or equivalent education/training isrequired
