Job Summary

Department Digitalization Specialist;

Sample order management for in-house and trading parts;

Roles and Responsibilities

AI Technology Application & Solution Implementation: Proactively explore evaluate and introduce AI tools to optimize the departments daily work including data analysis & Insights workflow automation.
Empowerment with Digital Tools/Systems: Be responsible for the in-depth application and promotion of the departments existing digital tools (e.g. project management software collaboration platforms); Evaluate and recommend new tools or digital solutions to improve team collaboration and information management.
Order content clarification/verification e.g. check order type check customer specific request on parts labeling content of description completion of order check list
Order processing and system operation incl. order forwarding and release to SAP SAP project definition/creation SAP project release and confirmation
Coordination and communication with sales development sample shop PS Germany and logistics departments incl. order status tracking and coordination to achieve the delivery date
Inventory control and deadstock avoidance
Support of regular topics eg. KPI reporting volume & sales forecasting BP and CF etc.
Support digitization reporting eg. Tableau PowerBI

Qualifications :

Qualifications Requirement

Bachelor or Master degree with a background in sales manufacturing engineering international trade or other
Team player with high flexibility ability to convince others and negotiation skills
Structured reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
Work experience in digital transformation process optimization IT consulting or a related field.
SAP experience preferred but not a must
Native Chinese speaker with a good command of English language (speaking and writing)
