FCM Controller

The role consists of two core work modules each accounting for 50% of total workload:

Module 1: Commercial & Controlling for FCM-Cng (50%)

1. Conduct budget planning tracking reporting and controlling activities;
2. Complete FCM cost allocation within RBCC and sign service agreements with all value streams of RBCC;
3. Oversee FCM cost spending and implement cost-saving initiatives;
4. Take charge of investment controlling;
5. Be responsible for purchase controlling.

Module 2: CST6 Management for GR/FCM-Cng (50%)

1. Carry out IFM (Integrated Facility Management) tasks;
2. Drive digitalization and sustainability projects;
3. Provide commercial support and cross-functional coordination;
4. Perform end-to-end process management;
5. Handle all safety-related topics;
6. Serve as department assistant and complete other ad-hoc administrative work.

Qualifications :

Education & Major

Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration or Finance.

Professional Experience & Competencies

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance or project management with fundamental communication and coordination capabilities;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or safety management with basic knowledge of EHS & QMM systems;
3. Basic knowledge of engineering and EHS intermediate proficiency in financial expertise.

Language Proficiency

CET-4 certificate with good oral and written English communication skills.

Training & Specialization

Required professional training focusing on facility management and financial controlling.
