Job Description:

1. RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述

1. Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customers new PO.

订单录入根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统并确保订单信息正确

2. Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan.

追货帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期

3. Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款

4. Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department.

发货安排发货事宜

5. System: Maintain sales system. 定期维护销售系统

6. Report: Maintain CSR report. 定期维护CSR相关报表

7. Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求

REQUIREMENTS任职要求

1. Bachelor degree majoring in English or business operation is preferred.

本科学历英语或商务相关专业优先

2. More than 12 years CSR related experience. 12年以上客户服务相关经验优先

3. Good English skills in written and oral.
