Category & Product Strategy developing Yeast

• Conduct Yeast market research and category insights to identify trends competitive landscapes and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute brand positioning product portfolio strategies and pricing models play book aligned with B2B customer needs.
• Lead new product development (NPD) processes from concept to commercialization collaborating with Baking center Sales teams Supply chain Finance and Quality and Production.
• Craft compelling category narrative story and application solutions to enhance product value propositions.
• Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or Food Science;
• 5 years of experience in FMCG/B2B marketing.
• Deep knowledge of bakery industry and raw materials applications and customer pain points.
• Proven success in product lifecycle management and omnichannel campaign execution.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills; Nice English and Mandarin required.
