Product Solutions Expert (New Energy Charging Pile)

Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

1. Product Solution Design and Professional Support — Deeply understand EV/charging-pile industry trends; precisely identify industry pain points and data-service growth opportunities. Based on the company's core data resources and technical capabilities, lead the 0-to-1 development of market-competitive data commercialization products and industry solutions; define product business models and value propositions. Provide consultative support to clients, understand their business scenarios, design data-service solutions, and help them monetize data, improve efficiency, or reduce costs.
2. Industry Insight and Solution Development — Continuously track developments in the EV, charging-pile, and battery industries; stay current with cutting-edge technologies (e.g., smart battery management and LLM applications for battery-related use cases); drive innovation and iteration of data commercialization solutions. Leverage hands-on project experience to develop reusable data-service methodologies and solution templates that improve team delivery efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Ecosystem Development — Serve as the bridge between product, client, data resource, and business operations teams to tailor products and services to client needs. Stay engaged with industry trends, standards, and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen the company's influence and expand partnerships across the new energy value chain.

Requirements

1. Industry Experience and Background — Bachelor's degree or above. Background in Computer Science, new energy batteries, charging piles, or battery-related fields preferred. Experience in data analysis or related business functions is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in data commercialization or big data operations; prior experience in the EV, charging-pile, or battery industries is preferred.
2. AI Technology and Product Innovation — Familiar with applying LLM technologies to data analysis; able to leverage AI to optimize product solutions and improve competitiveness. Strong product design experience with excellent data sensitivity and business insight, capable of translating complex business requirements into clear product strategies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Ecosystem Development — Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders in complex business environments. Customer-focused and results-driven, with the ability to solve problems from the customer's perspective and respond quickly to changing needs. Strong self-motivation, learning agility, and resilience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
