YOUR TASKS

• To provide cooperation and assistance to related department of all kinds of daily admin work;
  为部门的各类日常行政工作提供配合与帮助
  
• Organize or support conferences and activities to participate in the meeting organization meeting records after the meeting to carry out the work;
  协助组织各类会议活动参与会前组织会议记录会后落实等工作
  
• Assist to draft all kinds of letters documents and other daily required documents;
  协助起草各类信函公文等日常所需文件
  
• Assist manager to finish the relevant data of collecting and organizing the archive work;
  协助经理做好相关资料的搜集和整理归档工作

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or above English band 4 proficient English skill in oral and written;
  大学及以上英文四级以上听说读写熟练
  
• More than 2 years secretarial job experience in foreign enterprises or joint venture;
  两年以上外资或合资企业秘书岗位工作经验
  
• Delight serious and careful working attitude;
  工作细致认真谨慎细心条理性强
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  较强的书面与口头表达能力
  
• Familiar with office automation software especially Excel PPT;
  熟练使用办公自动化软件尤其是ExcelPPT
  
• Good organization interpersonal communication coordination ability;
  具有良好的组织能力和人际沟通协调能力
  
• Good team work spirit and customer service consciousness.
  良好的团队协作精神及客户服务意识
