Senior Buyer (Direct Purchasing Li-ion battery, e-mobility) MA

Responsible for TG/PAA and CG/PAE business growth in Domestic market(MACN) and Oversea exporting business(GmbH)
1) Supplier scouting evaluation and market trend analysis to investigate potential supplier and business for E-mobility.
2) Conduct RFQ COQ and Negotiation with supplier to ensure competative PPC level to support business.
3) Project management in supplier side to bridge Bosch requests and monitor key suppliers activities to ensure all deliverables
4) Initiate and plan all technical and business discussions between Bosch and Suppliers
5) Li-ion battery cost calculation evaluation and negotiation
3) Perform annual price negotiation preparation and implementation to achieve target.
4) Sourcing strategy development and implementation in line with BU strategy
5) Act as supplier mentor for supplier management including Commercial Quality and Delivery view.

Qualifications :

1) Bachelor or Master/Diploma degree in Engineering and chemical relevant fields is preferred; Bachelor or Master/Diploma degree Business Administration or Supply Chain management is acceptable
2) Min 5years of experience of Li-ion battery industry or/and BMS or other e-mobility (if no ENG or chemical background) or Min. 3 years if there is ENG or chemical background. Automotive or aftermarket industry and multi-national company is preferred.
3) Min. 5 years experience in project management and at least one international project was successfully completed.
4) Capable to read and comprehend technical documents (Drawings Specs Engineering changes)
5) Good Knowledge of cost analysis data driven implementation of cost saving measures negotiation skills with supplier.
6) General Finance knowledge good communication skill with cross function.
7) Experience of supplier management and Communication good supplier mentorship can lead and manage supplier independently.
8) Good communicate in both Chinese and English language verbal and writing.
9) Pro-active Self-Leading Willing to take challenging tasks
