- Company Description* Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles. *Job Description* Responsibilities : - Design HW architecture for INV - Design of power circuit, including driver - Desing of control circuit (μC interface definition, power supply, sampling circuit, monitoring circuit, etc...), power supply modules, output HSI(Hardware software interface) - Perform electric circuit simulation, support layout check, e-part selection and release support. - Maintain e-BOM - Perform HW test (PCBA function test, RT test, thermal test support, EMC optimize test) - Support EOL PAV - Responsible for FAM, FMEA, FMEDA (ASIL C related) - lead HW relevent troubleshooting with 8D method - interaction with mechanic design and software design *Qualifications* • Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics, etc. • understanding of automotive electronic components and control system • Knowledge of electrical vehicle E / E architecture and powertrain topology • Knowledge of power loss calculation, temperature evaluation, lifetime evaluation • Knowledge of electrical motor and its control • Knowledge of functional safety design • Can use professional software (e.g., Altium Designer / Cadence) • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit • Good written and verbal English skills • Willingness to work and interact in international team *Additional Information* • 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币3,000元整(仅限博世内部员工申请),具体请参见[博世中国内部推荐政策] • Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy : RMB 3,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
