FCM EngineerDCCC

Responsible for soft service of FCM including canteen management gardening cleaning repairs hot line etc.
Responsible for administrative management work of the FCM department includes developing and implementing departmental rules and regulations optimizing processes etc.
Responsible for internal procurement and management of the FCM department ensuring effective utilization of
resources and cost control.
Coordinate the implementation of the FCM department including project progress tracking quality monitoring and risk management.
Establish and maintain communication channels within and outside the FCM department coordinate cooperation between the department and other departments and resolve cross departmental issues.
Supervise the safety management and training of subcontractors in the FCM department to ensure compliance
with relevant laws regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or above with priority given to majors in administrative management engineering management or related fields.
Have more than 5 years of work experience in administrative management or related fields especially in infrastructure or similar departments.
Proficient in knowledge and skills related to administrative management project management and human resource management.
Familiar with the use of office software.
Possess strong organizational and coordination skills communication skills and team management abilities.
Possess good problem-solving and decision-making abilities able to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
Proactive possessing good teamwork spirit and innovative ability.
