Key Responsibilities

VDI administration including provisioning migration and users support during the Windows 11 program.

Handle deployment troubleshooting and automation development tasks to facilitate and streamline the Windows 11 migration process.

Fulfillment and operation activities for all infrastructure components supporting our desktop virtualization service across the Clients group.

Skills Required

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Desktop Virtualization with solid Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop/NetScaler environment administration experience.

Knowledge of technical components of the VMWare Hypervisor vCenter Windows Servers 2016/2019 TCP/IP networking and VPN gateway.

Scripting and automation experiences with proficiency in the use of PowerShell scripting and Jenkins.

Experience of associated technology areas: Microsoft Azure Windows/Office browsers Java security models and tooling identity and access management tooling Active Directory MECM.

Knowledge and experience of using Agile delivery methods and tools to implement both tactical and strategic changes is a plus.

Interpersonal skills demonstrate good judgement and a good level of communication. Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely.

Work independently and under high pressure including but not limited to meeting tight deadline work in odd hours and holiday.

Experience working in large-scale multinational companies experience of working as part of an Agile or Operation team is a plus.
