Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist department teams with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

• Conduct market research and data analysis to support business initiatives etc..

• Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by supervisors.

• Assistant in various market or team events .

• Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a recognized university program pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong academic record.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive enthusiastic and eager to learn.

• Prior internship experience in a financial industry is a plus.
