Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above in Business Science Pharmacy/Healthcare Operations Management or related fields.

Familiarity with structured governance tracking and executive reporting practices.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

10 years of relevant experience - corporate strategy PMO etc.

Extensive experience in PMO / portfolio or program management transformation delivery or operational excellence execution.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional multi-workstream delivery with measurable outcomes.

Experience partnering with senior leadership and operating under governance mechanisms (steering committees stage-gates decision forums).

People leadership experience managing professionals/managers (direct or matrix) and improving delivery maturity
