Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Homeroom Teacher to join our team. You will serve as the lead foreign teacher in your classroom, working alongside a team of fluent English-speaking Chinese educators to ensure children are surrounded by authentic English throughout their entire day, from playtime and meals to naps and outdoor exploration.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week

• 2 weekly rest days

Class Structure
• Up to 20 students per class
• Student age range: 3 to 7 years old
• Teaching team per class:
o Lead Foreign Homeroom Teacher
o Chinese Co-Teacher
o Chinese Co-Teacher
o Chinese Co-Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary English-speaking role model, ensuring an immersive language environment

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum

• Lead monthly foreign-teacher-led outdoor activities and experiential field trips

• Collaborate closely with three Chinese co-teachers to support personalized education tailored to each child

• Monitor and assess student progress in physical, mental, and academic development

• Foster a positive, creative, and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages independent thinking

• Engage in deep home-school cooperation to support the child's growth journey

• Eligibility to obtain Z visa

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• A genuine passion for teaching young learners (ages 3 to 7)

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mentality

• Creative, responsible, open-minded, and knowledgeable

• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of working experience (not limited to teaching)

• Preferred: 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification

• Salary: 17,000-20,000 RMB per month
