Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and changing packaging solutions for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket APAC region, ensuring product protection, transportation efficiency, and environmental compliance
• Independently manage the entire packaging development projects internally and externally, like: coordination with go-to-source& go-to-market team, and suppliers, design agency, etc. to ensure a fast, high quality package projects
• Independently manage the entire packaging release tasks with Bosch Internal and UAES plants and continuously promote efficiency improvements
• Reduce package complexity and implement global packaging in APAC region, ensuring local execution aligns with global standards
• Lead or participate in packaging and logistics cost optimization projects in APAC region
• Analyze and optimize packaging impacts on logistics operations and warehouse handling, collaborating with warehouse teams to improve supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the logistics department to lead or participate in regional packaging and logistics coordination projects
• Adapt to business travel requirements to provide on-site support and follow-up for cross-border projects and package topics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging development and management within the automotive or related manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams, PMP preferred
• Proficient in packaging design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
• Experienced with digital tools including Power BI, SQL, and capable of data analysis and visualization is a plus
• Cost-conscious with experience in logistics/packaging cost optimization projects preferred
• Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain performance in high-intensity environments
• Excellent time management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-department coordination and smooth project progress
