What you will do:

• Identify and reach out to suitable candidates through industry networks, databases, and targeted sourcing；
• Lead candidate communication, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding follow-up；
• Drive the recruitment process efficiently and ensure delivery quality；
• Results-oriented, good listener, clear logical thinking, willing to build a long-term career in the industry

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience in the medical industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical consumables, diagnostics, etc.);
• Results-oriented, with a willingness to grow long-term in the headhunting industry;
• Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English (depending on the region of the role);
• Prefer 2–4 work experiences in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical consumables, diagnostics, medical services, etc;
• Excellent communication and negotiation, client relationship management, needs assessment, project drive;
• Wants to move from frontline sales to a consultant-type, resource-driven, long-term value-oriented role;
• Fluent in Chinese; some English communication ability required for cross-border roles;
