Your Role

Drive above-market growth by developing trade and industry-led business opportunities as a trade multiplier for the Prepaid Battle Plan growth ambition through 2030. The role acts as a commercial bridge between customers, sales, and the KN network, trade, leveraging deep industry and supply chain expertise to design winning solutions and unlock above-market growth across FEWB both NEU&MED.

Your Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Activation

• Drive new business and pipeline growth across defined target accounts
• Lead / support customer engagements, RFQs, and joint sales activities
• Strengthen customer proximity through frequent, insight-led engagement and proactive opportunity development
• Act as sales managers of their own opportunities by driving structured pursuit plans from lead generation through conversion
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with NA/VS priorities
• Deliver tailored value propositions to win and grow business

2. FEWB Trade Specialist & Solution Design

• Act as internal FEWB Subject matter expert for sales and customers in the dedicated Cluster.
• Advise on: FEWB trade practices, carrier options, transit time, FT & doc (Waiver/BESC..) requirements, inland solutions, DAP/DDP opportunities…
• Leverage deep understanding of key industries and supply chain drivers
• Translate market insights into commercial opportunities and growth plans
• Design scalable end-to-end logistics solutions aligned with customer needs and KN capabilities
• Ensure successful implementation and optimization of new business

3. Stakeholder & Network Management

• Coach and support Greater China sales teams on FEWB opportunities.
• Accompany customer meetings and RFQs.
• Act as central connector between sales, trade, pricing, and operations
• Align with global/regional stakeholders to drive coordinated growth initiatives
• Build strong customer and partner relationships

4. Performance & Growth Ownership

• Own target account portfolio performance: growth, profitability, retention
• Manage pipeline, conversion, and contribution to RFQ success
• Take full ownership of contracts closed, ensuring handover, implementation, performance follow-up, and long-term value realization
• Embed a disciplined follow-up cadence to convert opportunities, remove obstacles, and sustain momentum across the sales cycle
• Drive continuous expansion within strategic customers

Your Skills and Experiences

• 5–7 years in international freight forwarding (FCL/LCL)
• Strong China-NEU&MED trade exposure preferred
• Strong background in sales, business development, or key account management
• Proven hunter mentality and close deals
• Industry knowledge preferred: construction, consumer electronics, or related sectors
• Fluent Chinese and English
