About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Debate & Speech Coach join our team in China. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in public speaking, debate coaching, and competitive debate training. You will work with talented students, guiding them to excel in national and international speech & debate competitions. Key Responsibilities :

• Coach students in public speaking, debate formats (BP, WSDC, LD, PF, etc.), and argumentation skills
• Prepare students for high-level debate tournaments and speech competitions
• Develop engaging lesson plans and training materials
• Provide individualised feedback to enhance students’ performance
• Foster a passionate and competitive learning environment
• Work on weekends to accommodate student schedules
• Lead and participate in summer debate camps
