Mission : 1.Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices, working on the cutting edge of a wide range of innovative use cases of returns business process optimizations within Customer Services Managed Logistics as an integral part of our passion in driving the digital transformation of Siemens Healthineers.2.Responsible for delivering projects, enhancements, change requests, support and providing business consulting of SAP SD solutions in the area of material logistics with our business partners, demand managers and other implementation teams.3.Focus on the process of timely high availability of spare parts and fully automated returns processing, ensured by a global warehouse network. A customer-specific development is used for the returns process. Areas of Responsibilities : 1.Providing expert-level guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD solutions in the area of material logistics, returns. 2.Ensure the SAP operation support KPI well and meet business requirement enable the business growth needs.3.Leading and participating in SAP implementation projects or Change Requests together with business, global IT team and service delivery partner.4.Local and Global legal / compliance enabling in SAP.5.Ability to work effectively with a global team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills across different time zones and cultures.
