OVERVIEW

Our   client is a Foreign Private Equity Fund. They are looking for candidates to join as a Settlement Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of  settlement   operations , including the  products of equities, futures and options, structured products, ETF, warrants, SBL and bonds.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to solve settlement issue and enquiry
  • Handle ETF creation and redemption activities
  • Handle cash management and settlement
  • Ensure the daily operations is in compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder to minimize operational risks
  • Contribute and implement change initiatives for operation system enhancement
  • Lead and implement projects for new business with business, regulations and controls’ requirements
  • Ensure the operation procedures are in line with new business launched and updated with ongoing risk management requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of solid experience in securities settlement
  • Good understanding of  Settlement, SBL and ETF operation flow  is preferable
  • Proven experiences on participating enhancement projects
  • Strong understanding of operation systems and platform, including but not limited to CCASS, DCASS, CCMS, DTCC(CTM), Euroclear, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
  • Motivated, Positive, self-starter, with ability to multi-task and work independently
