We are looking for a Lead Grading and Exam Conduct Officer to join our team.

We are looking for a diligent team member to lead a small team completing daily grading assignments and compliance checks on remote tests to ensure fairness and compliance with testing policies and procedures. This involves coordination of grading and compliance work undertaken by the team, quality assurance of this work, in particular grading and exam conduct responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience of working within grading and compliance, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

English proficiency at a minimum CEFR C2 level.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the area of education, linguistics, educational measurement .

Experience in English language assessment grading and evaluation.

Experience teaching adult English language learners.

Experience in academic integrity & misconduct investigations.

Experience leading a remote team and providing training.

Experience with ensuring the quality of work.

Excellent attention to detail.

An understanding of good academic practice.

An organised and methodical approach to work.
