Intern, Organisation & Talent Development
The main role of this position is to assist in the execution and support of learning, talent and culture development solutions with a focus on data and programme event management. During the internship, the intern could be involved in the people development solution lifecycle from needs analysis, designing, development, delivery to post programme management. The role sits within Organisation and Talent Development ("OTD") Department, which forms part of the People Team.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Support the team in data collection, analysis, and production of reports for decision making
- Support the team in the execution of solutions, including developing collaterals and solution materials as needed
- Contribute and adopt innovative approach in executing and delivering of people development solutions
- Work together with other team members to deliver results
Competencies and requirements :
University student working towards a bachelor or master's degree in Organisational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Behavioural Change or related fieldStrong data & analytics skillsStrong project execution skillsStrong communication skills, including written and verbal English and Mandarin
