Adv. Digital Product Concepting Lead

As a leader on the Digital Product Design team, you will be at the heart of creating that future. You will lead your teams in deeply understanding our user’s needs throughout all steps of the design process, from initial human-centered insight, through concept generation and evaluation, identifying ways we can continuously iterate and improve our designs through customer feedback and analytics.

As a Design Lead for Advance Product Concepts, you are passionate about creating new and innovative ways a vehicle can enrich people’s lives.. In this role you will lead a diverse team that envisions how vehicles evolve to further enhance the customer experience.

• Batchelor degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced digital concepts and designs.
• Previous work experience in digital design roles, creating engaging and innovative digital concepts for various platforms such as websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital channels.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools. Knowledge of interactive design principles and prototyping tools like Adobe XD or In Vision.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative and engaging digital concepts.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital design field.
• Strong communication skills。
