Overview
The KPMG Delivery Centre (KDC) is a centralised centre of excellence delivering high quality services to KPMG China's audit, tax, advisory and infrastructure functions.
The KDC opened in July 2013 with the delivery of a number of support operations. This was the first step in KPMG China's use of a national delivery centre. In the development of the KDC we have learnt from other KPMG delivery centres around the world. However, this will not be a big bang approach - we are taking the KDC's development one step at a time to get things right and ensure that quality is at the forefront of everything we do. KDC is part of our wider vision to our business to drive a sustainable, high quality assurance practice that is valued by our clients, attractive to our people and relevant today and in the future.
