Based on the demands of cross-border business, provide solutions through cooperating with service providers, including cost control and output, timeliness and delivery quality guarantees. Focus on key quality control indicators such as delivery timeliness, timeliness achievement rate, and inventoryAccording to the logistics pain points of buyers and sellers, output overall logistics solutions or optimize product functions to improve the buyer and seller experience; focus on buyer-side logistics consultation issuesFocus on the above business areas, cooperate with product and technical teams, and be responsible for project launch and implementation as well as subsequent operationsLogistics consultation, logistics operations and exception handling for daily buyers and sellers Job Requirements -Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant warehouse operation and management experience; experience in brand and platform logistics is preferredHave a clear understanding of the entire cross-border logistics chain, including warehouse delivery and dropshippingClear logic, product thinking, and strong business understandingHave data processing and analysis capabilities, strong team project capabilities, and solution thinkingEnglish communication skills, fluent in listening, reading and writing
