Your tasks

  • Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
  • Track and trace shipments where necessary, critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers
  • Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce
  • Co-ordinate and schedule in-country transport movements - collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
  • Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Degree or Technical School in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Min. 1 year related working experience in Logistics or related field
  • Fresh graduate is also considered
  • Knowledge in import / export documents and procedures is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
