Sun King’s Research and Procurement (R&P) team was established in 2009 in Shenzhen, China, and is responsible for the design, manufacturing, production, and quality of the Sun King range of solar energy solutions sold in more than 40 countries in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Central America. The R&P team is made up of talented engineers, quality assurance leaders, product managers, and technical experts that enjoy leveraging their creativity and technical know-how to address the world’s large-scale energy access challenge. The R&P team’s innovations have enabled more than 80 million un- and under-electrified people around the world to access affordable, reliable solar energy solutions. About the role :

As a Product Manager within the Research and Procurement Center, you will play a pivotal role in developing product strategies and delivering robust product solutions for a complex portfolio of products serving off-grid market customers. As a team member of the Product Management department, this role is mainly responsible for participating in or leading local / global product development projects for Sun King Global Operations. You are expected to directly contribute to the delivery of the business growth plan by creating new products, optimizing existing product solutions, and ensuring our continued success and growth in the global marketplace. What you will be expected to do

New Product Identification

• Generate, refine, and consolidate new product ideas, market research, and customer requirements, capturing from stakeholders across the company, including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Develop customer survey templates, collect feedback, and present them to internal stakeholders.
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
